Shipping Policy
All of our products are shippable within USA and Canada via ground service provided by UPS unless otherwise specified. Products are shipped within 3 business days following the date your order is received. To check the status of your order, visit www.cherokeeforgifts.com and click My Account. After your order has been shipped, you may track the order via the assigned delivery service (usually www.ups.com) using the tracking number provided.

Upon request, orders may be picked up at 2850 West Side Drive in Cleveland, TN during our normal business hours which include Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 6:00pm and Saturdays 9:00am to 1:00pm, except on holidays. If you would like to pick-up your order, please include your request in the "Comments" box during checkout.

Our shipping materials are 75% recycled.

Return Policy
Items may be returned within 14 days of shipment to 2850 West Sie Drive in Cleveland, TN. Damaged or broken items are eligible for paid shipping expenses via Return Authorization (RA). To obtain RA shipping information, visit www.cherokeeforgifts.com and click "Contact Us" to send your request in writing. Non-damaged items (items returned due to dissatisfaction) are not eligible for RA shipping and must be returned in perfect condition for refund.
